The software you are about to run will allow your machine to be remotely controlled for support purposes only. You have been asked to visit this URL by a Plextec support team member to further assist in supporting your request.

 

 

Remote assisted support is only initiated by your approval and by contacting a support team member at 519-893-5126. At the end of the session the software is completely uninstalled and you will see a message confirming the removal of the software which will no longer provide access to you machine

Alternate Connection

 

 

1. You will be directed to click on one of the Remote Technician's above to begin a remote support session. Upon selection you will be prompted to open or save the file. Select 'Open' to initiate the session.

 

 

 

2. In approximately ten seconds, a Plextec representative will have full remote control of your computer.

 

 

 

3. When the session is over, the representative will select ‘uninstall' from the system tray icon to completely remove the remote access services from your computer, leaving your system exactly as it was when you began.
